SKARB is not just an app. It is a whole digital ecosystem around a pet: its health, the best specialists, clinics and a community of people who love animals — in one place, one tap away. A new, truly innovative approach to pet care in Belarus, that I conceived, designed and brought to life single-handedly.

A new way to care for a pet
A pet’s life used to be scattered across dozens of places: a paper passport, notes on a phone, advice in chats, posts on social media, clinic numbers in a notebook. SKARB brings it all into one living system — and the system works for the owner: it reminds, suggests, finds and connects.
The name says it all: “skarb” is Belarusian for “treasure”. That is how I wanted SKARB to treat every pet.
Where owners and professionals meet
The real strength of the ecosystem is people. In SKARB an owner finds a specialist in any field, and a specialist finds clients:
- vet clinics and vets — with owner reviews and ratings;
- groomers, dog trainers and animal behaviourists — a profile with services and prices, free slots, booking right in chat;
- pet sitters and pet shops — on the map, with addresses, opening hours and photos;
- shelters and foundations — with their own cabinet where, instead of products, there are animals waiting for a home.
Over 700 organisations in 54 Belarusian cities are already on the map. A booking request arrives in chat — no phone tag, no lost contacts.
A pet’s whole life in one place
- Digital vet passport with vaccinations, treatments and microchip number — exported to PDF in the Belarusian format.
- Medical record: visits, prescriptions, tests — the full health history at hand.
- A smart calendar that reminds you about vaccinations and treatments.
- Feeding diary and weight chart to see how your pet grows and changes.
Technology that cares
- Nemio, an AI assistant that knows your pet and answers questions about it, with advice for its age, breed and season.
- QR collar tag: any passer-by points a camera and sees how to reach the owner. No sign-up, in seconds.
- Lost pets on a map: a post is seen at once by everyone nearby, next to a map of services that take in found animals.
- Listings of shows and events for pet owners.
Community and kindness
Find a friend — adoption, good hands, mating. A breeder section from mating to birth. A blood donor registry that may one day save a life.
And my special point of pride — SKARB Good. Everything essential is free forever, and from every Plus subscription 5 BYN goes to a fund that helps shelters. Help is bought and delivered in person, with photos of every trip. The ecosystem cares even for those who do not have an owner yet.
Privacy as a standard
Phone numbers and messengers are hidden: contacts are shared in chat, not with everyone. A pet’s data is visible only to its owner. Every access rule was tested with an attack before release. Sign-in with email or Google.
Big-product technology
One platform, three ways to be there: a website, an installable web app, and an Android version already in Google Play testing — iOS is next. A premium design with soft light, glass and lively animation. Under the hood: React and TypeScript, Supabase and PostgreSQL with server-side permission checks, push notifications, support through Telegram, mobile builds with Capacitor and AI models.
And I built all of it myself. Not an agency, not a team of ten developers.
What it means for you
If I could create, launch and grow an entire ecosystem of this scale on my own, your website or app will get the same power — and the same attention to every detail.
